In fact, without a checklist, it’s almost impossible to effectively plan an event at all. It should contain all the things that you have to arrange related to the:

  3. Decoration
  4. Catering
  5. Ambience (Music, lighting, air conditioning, etc.)
  6. Sponsors, if any (Marketing material, etc.)

Although it’s not necessary to limit yourself to the factors mentioned above, it is absolutely crucial that they are included in your checklist. You should also always keep your checklist with you to keep track of your progress.
